Lisa Williams has seventeen years of executive-level experience in fundraising and organizational development for nonprofit organizations. A superior planner, collaborator, motivator and implementer, Ms. Williams has held senior development positions at Northern Kentucky Family Health Centers, Cincinnati Ballet, Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, Agnes Irwin School and Whittier College. Her experience includes planning and execution of, staffing and execution of capital/endowment campaigns development of annual, capital and endowment campaigns, development of corporate sponsorship programs, major gifts cultivation and solicitation, federal, state, and private grantsmanship, staff, board and volunteer recruitment, training and supervision, development of campaign materials, and management of overall development operations. Recent volunteer experience includes Girl Scouts, Business Volunteers for the Arts and AFP. She received her Bachelors degree from Williams College and Masters from New York University and Columbia University.
